We here at Anapaul Photographers like to network with other wedding vendors.  We especially like to help and work with vendors that are similar to us in style, that have a passion for what they do, and of course, vendors that have a product or service that we love to rave about (ask our tummies)!   My Delight Cupcakery out in Ontario are one of those vendors!  Melinda and Naomi opened their cupcakery last year and are on the verge of taking over the world with their deeeeelicious gourmet cupcakes and cakes!  They recently won for best original and second place for best overall at the LA Cupcake Challenge!  We are so stoked to be associated with these gals at My Delight and to witness their explosion onto the cupcake scene!  And yes, they also do custom wedding cakes and cupcakes!  Check out their Blog and become a fan on thir Facebook Fan Page!  Enjoy the pics!  …and after you’re done, head down to My Delight and enjoy some of their baked goodies (our fav is their Southern Red Velvet)!

This July, it s going to be 10 years since I’ve known Moses (aka DJ Release).  At 18, I got my first full time job working at a warehouse, this is where I met and worked with Moses.  Flash forward 10 years… Moses is about to blow up on the DJ scene and we’re getting our photo biz off the ground!  Moses has some big things that are about to drop, but before that happens he wanted to update his promo pics with an Anapaul spin on them.  Check out his work on his Myspace page and become a fan on his Facebook fan page!  Enjoy the pics!  …and DJ Release’s music!

Hellooooooo everyone!  We know, we know, it’s been a while!  In case you’ve been wondering, we haven’t been hibernating.  We’ve actually been busy with our business with a lot of behind the scenes work … pretty much everything but snapping pictures.  We couldn’t think of a better way to get the juices goin’ than shooting a rad senior session.  We’d like to introduce to you Alexis, soon-to-be high school graduate.  Since we first met with him months ago, we instantly clicked.  The more we got to know who he was all about, the more we fell in love with him.  He has a strong walk, a deep faith, and wears his heart on his sleeve.  Alexis definitely stands for what he believes in!  Check this story out… We found out that for his senior pictures, he really wanted us to shoot his pictures.  So he told his school that he was going to have his own photographers do his senior pictures instead of the school-appointed-photography-studio.  They told him that if he didn’t go with the school photographers that he wouldn’t be able to come out in his own yearbook.  Guess what he did… Yup!  He believed in us so much he went with us!  We were upset at first (with the school), then we felt deeply humbled (with Alexis’ decision).  What do you guys think about this?  Let us know.  Enjoy the pics!  And the slide-show!
