We just got back from our trip to San Luis Obispo and thought we’d share a handful of pics from our family vacation. During our time up north, we had a chance to relax at Avila Beach, tour Hearst Castle, see two missions (Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo), touch baby sharks at Stearns Wharf, and eat breakfast in the Danish city of Solvang. This past Labor Day, I spent the day shooting Laura and DeeJay’s wedding with Dana Grant.  The wedding ceremony and reception was held at the Monte Verde in Lakewood.  Laura and DeeJay’s wedding was definitely fun and colorful, with an ol’ school flavor, and a touch of some Chinese traditional elements for their family.  This wedding was fit for Labor Day; great weather, great people, laid back, park location, fun activities, and bbq!  Enjoy the pics!

A couple of weeks ago, I helped a full term Candice shoot Bobby and Ana’s wedding.  The ceremony was at the Wayfarers Chapel and the reception was at the Norris Center.  I always have a great time shooting weddings, not only because I love taking photos, but I really enjoy following the couple around and hangin’ with them throughout the day.  Especially this couple, Bobby and Ana were full of fun, emotion, and energy.  And its always a plus when the venue is awesome, the weather is perfect, and the guests are up for a good time.  Enjoy the pics!

A few weeks ago we had the chance to work our Foto Fun Booth at Juanita’s in Highland Park.  The event… a music gig with live bands and art exhibits.  The occasion… celebrating Jason’s birthday (he’s a regular here on our blog).  As always, it was oodles of fun foto fun!  We brought the FFB and the guests rocked it.  With no further ado… the pics!
