Last week we did a photo shoot with Michael in Santa Ana.  He’s graduating high school this year and his mother, Tina, wanted some pics of him to mark the occasion.  Michael and Tina had to be one of our, if not, best clients.  They were awesome.  For the photo session, Tina left everything to us and told us to do our thing, and Michael was up for anything and everything.  We couldn’t have asked for better clients!  Michael was a little shy at the beginning, but after a series of shots, his rockin’ personality began to flow out.  We just had a blast shooting Michael.  Towards the end of the session, he was such a handful.  In between shots, or during lighting setup, he would do these hilarious things, knowing we weren’t ready to shoot him… let’s just say we truly enjoyed his antics.  Can’t wait to do Michael’s college pics…4 years is just way too long to wait!  Enjoy the pics!

Last week, we were invited to Norco for a fun shoot with best friends Christine and Destiny.  They were looking for some shots that would capture their awesome friendship.  We had tons of fun shooting these gals.  There were several times we had to remind ourselves that we were “working” during this shoot.  These girls were perfect clients…easy going, beautiful, and fuuun!  Even while we were editing the pics, we couldn’t stop smiling, remembering all the funny moments that morning.  Christine and Destiny both have birthdays coming up so we would like to wish them both a happy birthday!  Enjoy the pics! (hope they bring a smile to your face)

Last week we finally got around to shooting our ol’ friends the Keelers.  Brief history of our friendship…we met at a couples bible study, we became neighbors, became really good friends, had kids together, bought homes and moved apart from eachother.  We see them on a regular basis.  Usually you will find us sitting around our dinner tables playing either Yahtzee (yahtzeeeee!) or dominos (mexican train to be exact…choo-choo!) and eating a bowl of m&m’s and trailmix.  Adam and Dionne are an awesome couple.  Their daughters, Abbie and Emma are soooo adorable… Abbie with her golden locks and Emma with her electric blue eyes.  Shooting their family was like any other fun time with them, this time we just happen to be taking awesome shots of them at a cool location.  Enjoy the pics!

Several weeks ago, I helped Mark Brooke shoot Jennie and Pedro’s wedding in San Diego.   I had a blast shooting this wedding.  Pedro was very cool and Jennie was a funny and animated gal.  The weather was perfect (as always in San Diego) and the location was spanish style, so I loved it.  The ceremony and reception were both awesome.  What made my night was the jazz band that performed at the end of the night.  They’re a professional jazz band that plays all over the place, but they don’t do weddings.  They made an exception for this couple since Jennie was a very close relative to several of the band members.  This jazz band rocked the house!  And to top if off…Jennie took the stage and sang a song she composed for Pedro!  This wedding rocked!  Enjoy the pics!…
